For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by T-shirts. This interest isn't about the brand, but about how they feel and what they express. A great T-shirt is more than just soft fabric; it’s something you want to wear repeatedly because it shows who you are.

That passion started decades ago and has never faded. Like many, I went through college, marriage, raising a family, and building a career in the corporate world. However, the dream of making meaningful clothing was always with me.

In 2001, I designed my first T-shirt using Adobe Illustrator, an HP Pavilion computer, an HP DeskJet printer, T-shirt transfer paper, and a household iron. It wasn't perfect, but it ignited a passion that has continued for the last 25 years.

Today, that passion is alive in UPON A TEE. Each design is made with care, blending premium comfort with inspiring words and artwork that promote confidence, positivity, and self-expression.
